We must decide whether the prosecutor offered a race-neutral basis for challenging a Hispanic potential juror, and, if so, whether the trial court's decision to accept the prosecutor's explanation should be sustained. We find the trial court's ruling was not clearly erroneous and will affirm the conviction.
